As soon as an order is placed a PERL member of staff aims to locate, pack and send your order within 3 days.

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition, and whilst we can't guarantee what happens to it once we hand it over to a courier company, we will do everything possible to pack it well, either in a padded jiffy or vinyl mailer for individual items, or boxed for an order of multiple items.
